Caprae Capital Partners is a private equity fund led by the principal Kevin Hong who has been a serial tech entrepreneur, and who grew two startups to $31M ARR and $7M in revenue. The fund originated with two additional tech entrepreneur friends of Kevin who have had ~8 figure and ~9 figure exits to Twitter and Square. Currently the fund is reviewing deals to acquire a new business.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibiilites:
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Assist with special projects and internal coordination.
- Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, industry databases, and online sources.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all lead data is up to date.
- Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
- Qualify inbound leads and coordinate follow-ups for the sales team.
- Track outreach performance and report on lead conversion rates.
- Assist in drafting outreach messaging, sales decks, and follow-up communications.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification processes.
- Ability to work efficiently with a focus on meeting deadlines and handling repetitive tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
