We are looking for a talented and results-driven Email & SMS Klaviyo Specialist to join our marketing team and take our CRM strategies to the next level.
Role Overview:
As our Email & SMS Klaviyo Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing and design team to ensure our messaging aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & SMS Campaign Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring that campaigns are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
- Segment customer lists based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history to send personalized and relevant messages.
Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
- Test and optimize subject lines, copy, visuals, and calls to action through A/B testing and data analysis to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Leverage customer data from Klaviyo to create data-driven campaigns, understanding customer behavior and using it to drive personalization.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, and use data insights to optimize campaign performance and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Monitor deliverability rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribes, troubleshooting issues to maintain a healthy CRM list.
Automation & Workflows:
- Develop and schedule email and SMS flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, promotional offers, win-back and such.
- Continuously optimize automated workflows based on performance, customer engagement, and business objectives.
- Monitor and refine trigger-based messages to ensure timely, relevant, and effective communication with our audience.
List Management & Segmentation:
- Clean and maintain the database to ensure high-quality and up-to-date customer lists.
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) in all email and SMS communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience managing email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing performance data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
