Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's customer base and achieve revenue targets. They will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts. The Business Development Manager will also conduct market research and analysis, attend industry events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Definite preference will be given to candidates that have work experience in a vendor-like environment, supporting the hotel industry in Philippines.
Successful candidates will be based either in Manila or Cebu, but with a country-wide scope and focus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the Hotel industry is a MUST
- Knowledge of technology solutions and web applications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
