- Leveraging cloud applications to create, manage, store, and maintain company financial and operational documentation.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other organizational documents;
- Compile all initial assessments, special instructions, and manage internal/external correspondence.
- Tracking contract milestones, deadlines, and correspondence with all parties.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Standardizing formats and templates, implementing version control and document archiving.
- Follow a basic contract lifecycle process for client service agreements, amendments, and variations.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, providing feedback for all documentation requirements.
- Tactfully facilitate contract negotiation.
- Routinely generate and run accurate reports.
- Coordinate implementation of client setup requirements by reviewing them with internal stakeholders.
- Work alongside Business Development to maintain product-pricing-terms data is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
- Prove you have read this thoroughly and provide your favorite netflix series with your application.
- Work with organizational groups to ensure consistency of excellent documentation practice across the company.
- Graduate of any 4-5 year course or currently taking up Business Management courses, law or any related field.
- Proven work experience, relevant training and/or certifications as a Contract Specialist or similar role
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google cloud applications (Office Suite/O365, Workspace)
- Knowledge and/or experience in Corporate Governance is an advantage
- Experience within the professional services-provider industry, such as BPO, Outsourcing firms, IT services, CPA firms, (corporate tax, accounting, bookkeeping), legal services, law firms, etc. is an advantage.
