Essential Functions & Responsibilities



  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and maintain the integrity of the BD pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

  • Accountability Enforcement: Hold BD team members accountable for timely and accurate updates to HubSpot, ensuring all leads and opportunities are correctly documented and followed up on.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key pipeline metrics, identifying trends and performance gaps to improve conversion rates.

  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine HubSpot workflows, automation, and best practices to maximize efficiency.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with BD managers, directors, and sales teams to align on strategies and ensure pipeline transparency.

  • Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to BD team members on HubSpot best practices and Theoria’s pipeline expectations.

  • Lead Prioritization & Follow-Up: Ensure proper lead scoring, qualification, and prioritization to improve conversion rates.

  • Quality Assurance: Audit pipeline data for inconsistencies, gaps, and inaccuracies, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to optimize BD strategies and pipeline health.



Qualifications



  • Educational Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.



  • Skills & Experience:


    • 3+ years of experience managing sales or BD pipelines, preferably in HubSpot.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.

    • Assertive, proactive, and highly organized, with a focus on execution.

    • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including reporting, automation, and workflow optimization.

    • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
