About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist / Sales Closer to join our team. This role is focused on B2B client acquisition and high-ticket sales in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excels in consultative selling, and possesses outstanding negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales Closing – Engage with inbound and outbound leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into paying clients.

Sales Outreach & Lead Qualification – Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and consultative sales presentations.

Objection Handling & Persuasion – Overcome resistance, educate potential clients on our value proposition, and close deals.

Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate CRM records and follow a structured sales process.

Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

Sales Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience in sales, high-ticket closing, or client acquisition, preferably in the U.S. market.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals, hit targets, and generate revenue.

Excellent Communication: Fluent English speaker with neutral or American accent; strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

B2B Sales Experience: Familiarity with selling digital marketing services to U.S.-based businesses.

CRM & Digital Tools Proficiency: Experience using ClickUp, AirCall, or similar CRM platforms.

Self-Starter & Results-Driven: Can work independently with minimal supervision and thrives in a remote sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or consulting sales is a huge plus.

Familiarity with objection-handling frameworks (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Method).

Experience working in U.S. time zones with international clients.
