Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Technical Support Associate at Level UP CAD/CAM. The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing technical support documentation, Research and Development , and offering customer support to clients on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the dental or CAD/CAM industry is a plus
  • Technical certifications or relevant degrees are beneficial

Availability to Work U.S. Hours

  • Flexibility to work overtime as necessary.

Technical Requirements:

  • A reliable and high-speed internet connection.
  • A desktop or laptop computer with at least an Intel i5 or i7 processor (or equivalent) and a minimum of 8GB RAM.

Compensation:

  • We offer a part-time position starting at 20k Php with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
