Key Responsibilities:

  • To be involved in the continuous improvement for the process below, but not limited to:
    • Billing to customer
    • Delayed invoicing
    • Payment to vendors (cost)
    • RICC (risk in control compliance) local contracts, no revenue leakage

  • Do Root Cause Analysis for KPIs
    • Weekly publishing of dashboard
    • Invoice timeliness
    • Workflow
    • ICB (inter-company billing)
    • Unbilled
    • Act as back-up Team Leader in case of leave.
    • Support stratification of Global Service Center and business change or projects.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Smart communication and customer service skills
    • Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
    • Resiliency in terms of stakeholder management.
    • Strong time management to complete tasks on time.
    • A proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.
    • Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.
    • Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.

    Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree of any course.
    • At least 2 years' work experience in international logistics and shipping industry.
    • 3-5 years of background and work experience in finance.
    • Able to work in hybrid set-up and morning shift.

    Language Skills:

    • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

    Computer Literacy:

    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Excel – advanced skills for reporting
    • SAP
    • Case Management
