Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies within operations (e.g., customer support processes, billing
cycles) and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
Work with technical and operational teams to improve service delivery and reduce
operational costs.
Ensure process changes comply with industry standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with network operations, engineering, IT, sales, marketing, and customer
service teams to align operations with business requirements.
Support engineering and sales teams in automating and optimizing operations and
service delivery processes.
Act as a bridge between sales and engineering teams to ensure business objectives
are operationally feasible.
Project Management:
Lead or assist in initiatives such as service quality improvements or new
product/service rollouts.
Manage project timelines and milestones while ensuring all projects align with
strategic business goals.
Oversee risk management for operational projects, particularly around customer
service delivery.
