  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and prioritization of user stories.
  • Identify and resolve blockers or impediments that impact team progress.
  • Track and communicate team performance metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and burn-down charts.
  • Ensure effective use of tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking and collaboration.
  • Align project deliverables with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Promote Agile best practices in projects using Microsoft technologies like Azure, Power BI, and SQL Server.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting teams using Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power BI, SQL Server).
  • Preferred but not required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
