Job Summary
As a full-cycle recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization and by facilitating various aspects of the hiring process. Leveraging your expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate engagement, and market research, you will proactively search for and attract passive candidates for various roles across the organization. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by building strong pipelines of qualified candidates and supporting the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals. This role also includes coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Sourcing:
- Develop an understanding of Achievers products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and craft an approach to engage passive talent
- Craft compelling reach-outs to ensure the highest possible response rate from targeted talent
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and proactively present findings to hiring leaders, recruitment partner, and HRBPs to finesse our recruiting strategy
- Partner with Hiring Leaders, Recruiters, and HRBPs to develop sourcing strategy and execute on building talent pipelines through tactical research, talent mapping and sourcing campaigns
- Build out competitive analysis and share insights with Talent Partners
- Source top talent both for existing and future roles with a preference on technical recruitment.
- Foster trust-based relationships with your network
- Work closely with our Global Talent Acquisition team to improve and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent
Hiring Coordination
- Partner with recruiters and HRBPs to ensure clear and sound execution of the interviewing and hiring process
- Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients
- Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
- Prepare various materials, reports and files for interviews and operational meetings
- Support management of relevant data, including candidate tracking and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Monitor and reply to candidate and recruiter inquiries via phone and email
- Work with candidates to finalize start date
- Effectively sell and represent Achievers as a top employer
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging exceptional candidates in high-growth environments
- Experience sourcing for various technology stacks and engineering roles
- Experience implementing creative sourcing methods through multiple channels
- Experience advising Recruiters and Hiring Managers on activity and sourcing strategy and utilizing data to drive decisions
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and your team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and desire to learn
Work Set Up
- Must be willing to report onsite at Greenhills, San Juan City, Philippines
- PH Nightshift Schedule
