Be part of our client’s team as an ICT Support Officer, where you'll provide essential IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network infrastructure, and optimize system security. The Skills & Expertise You Need to Excel
- 3-5 years of experience in scripting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript with exposure to NetSuite (NetSuite Administrator required).
- Certified NetSuite Professional (Preferred).
- NetSuite Certification (Nice to have).
- Experience with Power BI and API integration (Nice to have).
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in PowerShell and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in change management and its implementation across business and IT systems.
- NetSuite experience (Preferred).

- Strong analytical and interpretative skills in IT management, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to users at all IT proficiency levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience and provide IT support in a user-friendly manner.
- Hands-on, motivated, and adaptable to various tasks and challenges.
- Strong lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Your Key Role in Keeping IT Operations Running Smoothly
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance, support, and training to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Set up, install, configure, and manage new and existing hardware and users, and perform network maintenance in accordance with company procedures and security guidelines.
- Maintain and manage all company ICT infrastructure and platforms, including video conferencing, VOIP communication, WAN, and network services, as well as cloud and local services and related service provider plans.
- Manage all system backups (including CNC machines), related retrieval, and disaster recovery processes.
- Administer Microsoft O365 Admin Centre, including PowerShell, licensing, site and library access security, while continuously improving the end-user experience.
- Stay updated with IT developments and assess how they can benefit the company.
- Assist GSM with Netsuite back-end maintenance, including reviewing and maintaining existing scripts and workflows using JavaScript.
- Provide GSM support for integration requirements between Netsuite and other platforms.
