Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Provide support and training to maximize client success.
  • Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns (conference lists, cold calls, emails).
  • Identify and attract new clients through market research and lead generation.
  • Manage and update contact and sales pipeline lists; oversee appointment setting.
  • Foster collaboration within the business to optimize opportunities.
  • Maintain client activities in CRM and ensure regular follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Stay current on industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on business development strategies.
  • Track sales goals, report progress, and participate in meetings and training.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business, sales, marketing, or related fields, with expertise in cold calling and outreach.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • SAAS Industry experience
  • Experience working with clients remotely.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with persistence and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role, managing high sales activity, and converting leads to opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver results, meet metrics, and manage time efficiently.
