Position: Ecommerce Manager (Creative Operator)
Work Hours (Client): Flexible hours with 2 hours overlap in Pacific Time zone
Holidays: Flexible upon hired candidate’s request
Pay Range: $1000 - $2000/month USD (depending on interview assessment and client's approval)

Our HQ is in San Francisco, California but we are a global team. We meet once a year for planning and partying at global locations like Dubai, Prague, Colombia, and Las Vegas.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an execution powerhouse, capable of dishing out high-quality work at a fast pace. This role is pivotal in driving our e-commerce growth through data-driven decisions, marketing excellence, and process optimization.
Market Research & Data Analysis:
- Conduct deep market research on specific topics to gather actionable insights.
- Use data to inform and refine strategies across marketing, product development, and customer experience.
E-commerce Management:
- Oversee the entire e-commerce store, including:
- Marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Optimizing the website for an exceptional customer experience.
- Managing product delivery processes and collecting customer feedback.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Regularly document progress and outcomes to ensure transparency and alignment with goals.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Share key learnings and updates on social media platforms like X to engage with our community and stakeholders.
Tool Utilization:
- Work efficiently with G Suite, Notion, ChatGPT, Grok, and WhatsApp to manage projects and collaborate with the team.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred, but a demonstrated ability to execute quickly and deliver high-quality results is more important.
- Familiarity with the following tools is preferred: G Suite, Notion, ChatGPT, Grok, and WhatsApp.
