Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio & Team Management: Oversee a portfolio of accounts to achieve Process Excellence (PEX) and Digital Transformation goals. Manage PEX teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operational Alignment: Partner with BU Heads to ensure objectives are met, validate business needs, and track ROI for initiatives via the TAP Projects Tracker.
- Process Optimization: Apply Lean Six Sigma (COPC/LSS) methodologies to conduct root-cause analysis, statistical testing (trends, variance, process capability), and implement data-driven improvements.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead opportunity discovery, solution design, and project execution to realize measurable benefits. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for progress updates.
- Change Management: Embed a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams, driving lean principles, and fostering operational excellence.
- Technology & Innovation: Leverage emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI like GPT-3, Llama) and digital trends to enhance healthcare BPO processes.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 15+ years in leading complex BPO projects, with 7+ years focused on process improvement in US Healthcare contact center operations.
- 2+ years in defining/implementing digital transformation strategies for healthcare.

Certifications:
- Mandatory: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (from a recognized institute/company).
- Preferred: Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ROI/CBA analysis.
- Familiarity with generative AI, RPA, and emerging technologies (implementation experience is a plus).

Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer-centric outcomes and operational efficiency.
