Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic administrative tools
  • Good writing skills to support content creation when needed
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry and event planning processes

Scope

  • Manage and nurture leads to increase conversion rates
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing insights from lead interactions
  • Assist in streamlining the booking process for events and accommodations
  • Support the growth of the business through effective lead management and customer service
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
