- Handle incoming leads (approximately 5 per day)
- Communicate with potential clients and convert leads into business
- Follow up with inquiries and set up meetings to answer questions
- Assist with administrative work related to marketing and events
- Support the social media specialist with content writing when time allows
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based team member for proper event booking
- Experience in lead management and conversion, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic administrative tools
- Good writing skills to support content creation when needed
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and event planning processes
- Manage and nurture leads to increase conversion rates
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing insights from lead interactions
- Assist in streamlining the booking process for events and accommodations
- Support the growth of the business through effective lead management and customer service
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
