About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated Travel Consultants specializing in Marine Accounts to join our team. In this role, you will manage a variety of travel-related requests, including booking airfares, and more. You will work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Specialists to ensure smooth travel arrangements and exceptional client satisfaction. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong client management skills, and expertise in global distribution systems (GDS).

Work Arrangement:

  • Onsite
  • Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 NN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel arrangements for Marine Accounts, ensuring all bookings meet client requirements.
  • Book airfare ,and other travel services for clients.
  • Issue invoices accurately based on client bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act, maintaining transparency and integrity in handling personal information.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A college graduate or at least 2 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., Account Officer, Reservations Officer).
  • Proven experience managing Marine Accounts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients.
  • An exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Amadeus GDS and other booking systems.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail, even under pressure.

Competency Requirements:

  • Expertise in booking and ticketing for both domestic and international routes.
  • Proficiency in ticket reissuance and managing booking modifications.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus GDS or similar platforms is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills to maintain positive client interactions.
  • Accuracy in data entry and management of reservations and ticketing.
