We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - Project Manager
In this role, you will:
- Running projects eg. Regulatory and market initiatives, new business, business requirements gathering and reporting, process improvement initiatives.
- Interfacing with Vendor and IT teams for Operations aspects of system change and implementation.
- Regular reporting of project activities in Clarity, in line with Business Transformation Framework for Central Change.
- Interaction with the Line Management and Change Management Team Globally.
- Business engagement and regular management updates on initiatives.
- Support Target operating model activities, where applicable.
- Involvement in project budget requirements and approval process
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- A graduate diploma or degree in any discipline. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations commensurate with the position
- Proven track record of change management initiatives.
- Working knowledge of change methodology and a positive & controlled approach to change delivery.
- Previous experience of working with technology & Operations teams in a collaborative way.
- Process documentation and mapping experience within MSS Operations.
- A strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge is a requirement.
- Strong working knowledge of RIMS is required
- Ability to manage key transformation projects in conjunction with Operations and IT.
- Analytical mind with excellent judgement and decision making skills to identify exceptions in process handling.
- Ability to drive out details and question procedures employed to deliver quality services.
- Organised, adaptable and self-driven to achieve collective information both formally and informally from Subject Matter Experts.
- Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
