About The Job

The Onboarding Associate will guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new hires by giving them the tools and information they need to make the transition into our organization. The ideal candidate will work together to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new hires with HR, hiring managers, and other relevant parties.

As an Onboarding Associate, You Will…

  • Craft and send a job offer letter that includes details about the organization, the role, the pay, the work schedule, and other benefits
  • Compile and handle documentation, such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts
  • Offer new hires assistance and direction along the way
  • Manage the onboarding process and acting as a point of contact for new hires, answering their queries and concerns
  • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other paperwork required for new hires
  • Keep an eye on the development and assimilation of new hires, seeing obstacles and offering assistance as required

As an Onboarding Associate, You Have…

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources management or a related field
  • Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR-recruitment role
  • Amenable to work in Katipunan / Cubao site
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
