What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in software development, product management, or digital solutions delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Projects).

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Delivery and Execution

  • Lead digital transformation and modernization projects, ensuring timely milestone completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.

Process Optimization

  • Enhance workflows by digitizing key processes to improve issue resolution time and boost team productivity.
  • Conduct process assessments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Gather data and stakeholder feedback to pinpoint challenges in current workflows.
  • Define key performance metrics for measuring improvements in efficiency.
  • Track performance before and after digitization to assess impact.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular reports on efficiency gains and performance enhancements.
  • Recommend further enhancements and scaling opportunities based on analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Drive team engagement and facilitate collaboration across people, processes, and products to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and priorities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between product teams and stakeholders.
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and project execution.

Stakeholder Management

  • Identify key project stakeholders and establish strong working relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, handling inquiries and delivering project updates.

Resource Management

  • Identify and allocate resources required for successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure proper resource utilization.
  • Monitor workload distribution and address potential bottlenecks or constraints.
  • Anticipate resource needs and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve gaps.

Project Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
