Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential real estate clients, aiming for 100-150 calls per day
- Engage prospects effectively, asking qualifying questions to determine their needs and interests in property buying, selling, or management
- Overcome objections and hesitations during calls, showcasing your persuasive communication skills
- Book a minimum of one appointment per day for the real estate agent
- Accurately update the CRM system with call outcomes, lead information, and follow-up actions
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS as per the established call cadence, including twice-daily follow-ups for unreached leads
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
- Collaborate with the real estate agent to refine call scripts and improve conversion rates
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and enhance your skills
- Excellent communication skills with a strong, confident phone presence
- Experience in sales, cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Ability to maintain high call volume while ensuring quality interactions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialers, with quick adaptability to new tools
- Strong listening skills and ability to ask probing questions to qualify leads effectively
- Resilience and positive attitude in the face of rejection
- Basic understanding of the real estate process (buying, selling, property management)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Comfortable with performance-based goals and continuous improvement
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional calls
