• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Hospitality or equivalent.

• Field Sales experience handling multiple industries is a must.

• Should have strong interpersonal and excellent negotiation skills.

• With experience in handling Key Accounts Sales.

• Must be aware in business and government documents

• Must be a team player, self-motivated and results-driven

• Organized and can do multi-tasking

• Must know how to drive and willing to do field work.

• Willing to be assigned at South Metro Manila & South Luzon

Job Description:

• Hunt new Fleet Card Accounts based on the assigned area portfolio by telemarketing, cold calling and networking.

• Attend to Fleet Card inquiries and conduct research to evaluate client needs.

• Ensure that monthly targets of the Fleet Card Accounts are met.

• Schedule introductory calls to potential clients and prepare appropriate presentations.

• Maintain good relationship with Fleet Card Accounts and can handle complaints and objections

• Continuously looking for business development opportunities

• Prepare reports such as but not limited to weekly itinerary, leads, active accounts, lost business, account production, etc.

• Responsible in preparing Fleet Card Turnover kits and transmittal of physical Fleet Cards.

• Coordinates with other teams (eg. Accounting, Credit, Sales, Fleet Operations, Retail) in order to efficiently process Fleet Card applications.

• Participate on Fleet Card marketing activities and represent on behalf of the company for exhibitions and conferences.
