A Franchise Sales Associate is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding new franchisees to expand a company's franchise network. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and qualify potential franchisees through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, industry events, etc.).

• Maintain a database of prospects and follow up consistently.

Sales & Relationship Building:

• Conduct initial sales presentations and discovery calls with potential franchisees.

• Educate prospects on the franchise model, investment requirements, and operational expectations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise owners.

Franchise Development & Compliance:

• Guide candidates through the franchise application process, ensuring they meet company standards.

• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements and documentation are properly handled.

• Assist in onboarding new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions for expansion.

• Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress, pipeline, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in franchise sales or business development.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential franchisees.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

• Knowledge of franchise laws and regulations (a plus).
