Job Description
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and develop contact lists, identify key decision-makers, and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
• Sales Pipeline Development: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and pass high-potential opportunities to the business development team.
• Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target regions, developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Solution Selling: Prepare and present tailored proposals, business cases, and product solutions to drive fintech adoption.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead deal negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor industry trends, and provide reports on sales and business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven track record in outbound lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Additional: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Fluent in English.
