Position Overview

We’re looking for results-driven Sales Closers to turn warm leads into closed deals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with potential sellers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.

• Overcome objections and negotiate competitive offers.

• Maintain follow-ups to ensure deal closure.

• Collaborate with the acquisitions team for seamless transactions.

• Track and update sales activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in House Wholesaling or Real Estate

• Strong bilingual communication skills (English required; other languages a plus).

• Must be willing to work on USA Business Hours.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Strong time management and self-starter attitude.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, fixed schedule, US time

• Offshore, remote work

• Possible weekend work

Salary

• Base salary: $10/hour

• Commission structure to be discussed further.
