The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The GN Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Advanced Customer Experience. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:

• Requirement Gathering - Collaborate closely with product managers & other stakeholders to gather user requirements within the defined scope

• UX Research - Drive best practices & principles through benchmarking. Create personas through user research and data. Perform Heuristic evaluation of the existing experience & highlight the gaps.

• UX Design - Deliver high-quality design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, information architecture and prototypes.

• Create Design System such as navigation components, search boxes, page ribbons, tabs, widgets, CTAs, carousels, in-app banners etc for digital assets

• Design and create visually appealing, intuitive and functional user interfaces for client’s products and systems

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications.

• User Experience Testing – Design & perform UX testing with customers & gather feedback around protype’s usability, accessibility & desirability.

• Work closely with clients to develop wireframes meeting their design & experience objectives: Apply experiences underpinned by customer behaviors, motivations and relevance, to help shape and design digital products.

• Aside from a keen eye for design details, you will have a strong sense of behavioral science: Identify and articulate nuanced insights.

• Bring your strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead UI / UX design projects independently

• Drive change by communicating compelling design story to develop and impact the product strategy and design
