Job Summary
- Key tasks include preparing summaries of charges for PLDT call charges and cable TV billings, allocating them to the respective Resource Centers (RCs).
- Receives and processes statement of account (SOA) from PLDT, Smart Communications and Globe Telecoms for voice communications and cable TV services.
- Ensures timely filing of request for payment via Oracle Fusion to avoid additional charges and/or penalties.
- Prepares summary of charges for PLDT call charges and cable TV billings to be allocated to the respective RCs.
- Prepares a monthly report of cellular phone user-assignees who exceeded their allowed plan/limit and submits the said report to the Message Center and Support Services Section Head who, in turn, sends emails to the concerned user-assignees to confirm if the plan/limit excess is for business or personal use. Receives and monitors all PLDT voice communication and cable TV complaints and issues from various HO units and BCs, and ensures prompt resolution at all times.
- Receives and monitors new telephone applications/requests and provides feedback to the concerned HO units/BCs regarding the status of their reported requests. Receives and reviews billings from drinking water providers and processes the payment via Oracle Fusion.
- Answers inquiries from various business units and service providers through email and phone calls. 6. Provides report to AMDSD on all accruals due for the current year. Coordinates with ITSSG for updates in the quantity of local numbers, extensions and direct lines for proper allocation per RC.
