Job Summary
- Supervises and manages the business development of corporate clients and emerging markets, sales and marketing activities and performance required in achieving set targets for the following channels: Branches, Institutional Banking and other Groups of the Bank.
- Manages the business acquisition and partnership with corporate clients the Team by strategizing and mapping out plans to grow the business together with the Department and Business Head.
- Manages the key metrics and portfolio for wholesale acquisition such as Auto Fleet and Corporate Offering/ Tie-Ups.
- Manages the Account Officers under the Team to ensure that the Team meets the target and effectively covers his areas of responsibility.
- Takes the initiative to solicit prospective account from Branches, Institutional Banking Group and other Groups.
- Builds and sustains branch and IBG relationship by strategizing how to generate auto fleet lines and ultimately convert them into bookings. Conducts client calls together with the Branch, IBG or virtual meetings as needed especially for big-ticket accounts.

- Preferably with Management experience and handling corporate auto fleet accounts.
