Job Summary
- Responsible in the maintenance, preservation, and updating of property account status in the ROPA Manager System (RMS) of all acquired assets of the Bank
- Recommends database management and maintenance measures to protect and update all ROPA Accounts, assets while managing the expenses that such measures entail
- Ensures that all property details, status updating including expenses are properly lodged and maintained in the ROPA Manager System (RMS)
- Reviews regular reports and status updates from the Property Preservation Section for Real Property Tax, Caretakig & Security, Appraisal and Insurances and for Ownership Enforcement Section for Title and Tax Declaration Consolidation and Expenses and recommends updating approval in the system
- Evaluates and endorses for approval PMD Certifications for sold accounts and title release
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related degree
- Knowledge in Property and Asset Management
- Experience in property management, building management, and bank operations
