  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary
  • Responsible in the maintenance, preservation, and updating of property account status in the ROPA Manager System (RMS) of all acquired assets of the Bank
  • Recommends database management and maintenance measures to protect and update all ROPA Accounts, assets while managing the expenses that such measures entail

How will you contribute?

  • Ensures that all property details, status updating including expenses are properly lodged and maintained in the ROPA Manager System (RMS)
  • Reviews regular reports and status updates from the Property Preservation Section for Real Property Tax, Caretakig & Security, Appraisal and Insurances and for Ownership Enforcement Section for Title and Tax Declaration Consolidation and Expenses and recommends updating approval in the system
  • Evaluates and endorses for approval PMD Certifications for sold accounts and title release

What will make you successful?

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related degree
  • Knowledge in Property and Asset Management
  • Experience in property management, building management, and bank operations
