Job Summary

  • Collaborates with the Retail Banking Group in servicing and deepening existing relationships of high net worth clients of the Bank’s retail branches. Provides the HNW clients of RBG with financial guidance and information on various investment products and Wealth Management services. Acquires new clients for the Wealth Management Group. Assists and supports Relationship Managers (RMs) of the Wealth Management Group in offering financial advices and services to its clients as may be delegated or assigned.

How will you contribute?

  • Collaborates with the Retail Banking Group (RBG) branch managers and sales officers in expanding and deepening the Bank’s relationship with the HNW clients of the retail branches by addressing the investment requirements of these clients.
  • Systematically plans and schedules calls/visits to the HNW clients of the retail branches together with the RBG branch managers and sales officers to identify the investment needs and service requirements of HNW clients. Establishes clients’ risk profile, anticipates clients’ needs and creates opportunities to expand the Bank’s share of these clients’ wallets and increase profitability.
  • Prepares periodic reports on the investment portfolio of the clients and discusses with the RBG’s business relationship managers and sales officers strategies and plans on growing the clients’ AuM and Income contribution.
  • Assists and supports the Relationship Managers of the Wealth Management Group in offering financial advice and services to Wealth clients as may be delegated or assigned.
  • Keeps himself updated with the markets and the latest news; and knowledgeable of investment products and services to be able to offer financial advice and services to clients that will assist clients in their financial objectives. Provides updates on financial market developments and opportunities to help clients make informed investment and business decisions.
  • Sources and acquires new clients for the Wealth Management Group as may be required.

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably of any business course
  • Working knowledge of general banking. Knowledge of investment products and services, and the financial markets.
