Key Responsibilities

  • Job Description Management:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
  • Utilize a variety of online channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, and specialized job boards such as StackOverflow and Behance, to identify potential candidates.
  • Craft compelling recruitment emails and outreach communications to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Advertise job openings through our careers page, social media channels, and internal networks.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
  • Review and screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify candidates who meet the required criteria.
  • Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews using various formats tailored to the role.
  • Administer and evaluate assignments, as well as numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests, to further assess candidate suitability.
  • Prepare comprehensive shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Offer and Onboarding Process:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of job offer emails, effectively communicating details about compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires, assisting with their integration and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Events:
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, to gauge the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs, host in-house recruitment events, and collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Engage with referral programs to leverage internal talent networks for potential candidate recommendations.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven Experience:
  • Demonstrated work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a track record of successful full cycle recruitment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases, enabling efficient candidate management and tracking.
  • Experience with a wide range of sourcing techniques and a clear understanding of effective referral programs.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong command of professional correspondence and candidate engagement.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making:
  • Sound judgment in evaluating candidate qualifications and making informed recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative recruitment environment.
  • Adaptability:
  • Flexibility to manage varying recruitment needs and adapt to changing organizational demands.
