Job Summary
- Responsible for creating high-performance, self-managed teams, removing development impediments, and optimizing workflows through continuous improvement. This role involves supporting team goals, coordinating activities with other teams, and driving Agile transformation and maturity. Works with the Agile Director in managing the digital assurance services and implementing the governance program for agile projects.
- Implementation of a standard approach for Agile practices and methodology.
- Drafting and recommending changes to automation testing strategies, techniques, tools and frameworks.
- Guiding the software test managers in the planning and execution of automated tests for projects.
- Provides personalized coaching on Agile mindset, principles, and practices to team members and sponsors.
- Implements processes, templates, measures, and roadmaps for Agile adoption and transformation.
- Supports daily Agile team execution by addressing impediments, managing events, tracking metrics, and enhancing maturity.
- Maintains communication with all stakeholders, including vendors and third-party partners.
- Ensures adherence to compliance laws and regulations through circulars and required seminars/programs.
- Graduate of any IT-related course;
- First-level Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM);
- Preferred certifications include Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Leader (CAL), or other relevant Agile certifications, Project Management Professional
- 3-5 years of work experience in IT, with 1-2 years of experience handling a development team with Agile methodology expertise
