  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing Manager's Check (MCs) and disbursing/income payments. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as custodian of unused working supply of MCs and outstanding MCs for release during the day
  • Submits the reconciled reports for checking and approval
  • Ensures that proper supporting document/s is/are issued by supplier or Unibanker
  • Ensures that the MCs and Letter of Instruction (LOI) are properly signed
  • Records, scans and files the supporting documents received upon issuance of MCs
  • Performs other jobs that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field of study
  • At least 1 year of experience working in similar function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Computer literate
