Contract Analyst

The IT AIO Administration Department within our IT group is in charge of supporting the Delivery and Operations departments for Resource Management (onboarding and training), Risk Management (audit, compliance, risk and control), Contract Management (delivery and maintenance and vendor audit), as well as Financial Management.

As a Contract Analyst, you will handle day-to-day transactions for the review and completion of managed contracts and contract-related requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination with vendors, internal Legal and Procurement groups, and involved IT units. Part of your role is also to ensure internal policies are observed and complied with when participating in vendor-initiated audit activities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure completion of requirements for (a) software, application, hardware and infrastructure component contracts, (b) IAAS, PAAS, SAAS and software subscriptions, and (c) service contracts
• Participate in vendor-initiated audit activities and vendor coordination for managed contracts and subscriptions
• Recommend enhancements to the Contract Management and Compliance policies, guidelines, processes and tools and work with the Contract Management lead in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation thereof
• Provide status reports as scheduled and as needed
• Manage assigned projects and monitors timely completion of deliverables

Competencies:

• Technical Knowledge: Has substantial knowledge in Contract Management, Vendor Management, Project Management, and IT Solution Delivery and Operations
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences and build consensus
• Technical Writing Skills: Ability to prepare reports in an organized manner and with the correct knowledge in technical and legal terms
• Has excellent analytical skills and effective negotiating skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant to the job
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT industry, project management, contract management and vendor management
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas or Makati
