Job Summary
- Fulfill loan service requirements of consumer loan clients and business partners according to the parameters and guidelines provided by the unit’s operations manual.
- Fulfillment of pre-booking, post-booking and loan servicing support functions
- Handle the request for office supplies for the consumption of all PLC personnel
- Acts as reliever within the Lending Center when necessary
- Keep abreast of updates on BSP policies as stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Bank policies as specified in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course
- Knowledge on loans systems and other applications
- Knowledge on banking operations, policies, and procedures
- With relevant banking experience or any related field.
- Computer literate
- With pleasing personality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and with self-control
