The Opportunity
The Senior Leader of Operations in the Healthcare vertical Teleperformance Philippines plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, extensive experience in operations management, and the ability to lead large teams effectively
The Responsibilities & Duties
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations within the healthcare vertical, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve financial targets within the healthcare vertical.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations managers and other staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the healthcare industry and manage risks effectively.
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology and automation to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and enhance service delivery.
The Qualifications
• Healthcare Industry: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• BPO Environment: Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing operations within a BPO environment.
• Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices.
• Operational Management: Proven experience in managing operations within a BPO environment, preferably in the healthcare vertical.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
