This role shall be responsible for overall managing and implementing processes and programs , which ensures to help grow and succeed the businesses. This role shall be focused on building systems and support programs that will enable the businesses to execute and operate which are being developed by the investment company.

Core to the role will be activities which will involve venture builders to engage in: identifying business ideas, building teams, helping govern or manage the ventures and providing shared services across to support their overall operations.

The role shall also oversee and manage the HR function in support of the investment company and its auxiliary business ensuring that the best support services model is employed to enable its sustained operation. It shall also develop standards and best practices to apply across possibly across the conglomerate. It shall be responsible for building, cultivating and harnessing the DNA and culture of the whole conglomerate.

Key Results Areas:

  • Build and design systems to support the existing businesses to help operate efficiently
  • Create programs to ensure sustainability of HR systems to support both new and old businesses
  • Build teams through a robust talent management strategy to ensure teams and developed businesses are properly supplied with talent.
  • Study and review organizational structures and models to ensure they are optimal for the operation and execution newly formed businesses.
  • Develop the venture build model to support the different businesses for set up and start up.
  • Program in structures to ensure that the Build teams are on track with their growth targets.
  • Design, develop and deploy programs that will enable the culture to build its DNA aligned to the mission and vision of the entire conglomerate.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4 year course (preferably Organizational Communication, Industrial Engineering & Entrepreneurship)
  • At least 15 years experience in Key Leadership roles across HR
  • Solid background in in Strategic Talent Management and Organizational Design and Development
  • Experienced in different types of HR Modelling and Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Experienced in Venture Building management and operation
