What you'll be doing:
As a Legal Manager at Avon Philippines, you will be the primary legal advisor for our subsidiaries and affiliate corporations, ensuring compliance with local laws and industry regulations. You'll provide strategic legal support to the Supply Chain leadership team, focusing on operations, order fulfillment & delivery, procurement, and third-party manufacturing agreements. Your role will involve overseeing corporate secretarial duties, contract drafting and management, litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and providing legal consultations and advisory. Additionally, you'll conduct training to enhance organizational awareness of legal, ethics, and compliance matters.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the Ethics and Compliance Lead for Asian Markets. Collaborating with business leaders, the Philippines Legal Team, and external legal partners. Supporting legal compliance across key business areas, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, New Product Development, and Omnichannel & Retail Sales.
What we're looking for:
A licensed lawyer with 4-6 years strong experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management. Expertise in corporate governance, competition/anti-trust law, privacy, contract management, and legal operations. Experience with third-party and toll manufacturing agreements is highly desirable. A business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risks and commercial realities. Someone who is loyal, passionate, and enjoys handling serious matters with a touch of humor.
