Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage the financial transactions of a fast-paced cleaning services business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of small-scale transactions, managing invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a crucial role in reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and supporting financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume, small-scale financial transactions for cleaning and gardening services
- Handle daily invoicing for jobs ranging from $100 to $10,000 using ServiceMate software.
- Perform reconciliations and prepare accurate financial journals.
- Manage payroll for a small team of approximately 8-9 employees.
- Utilize MYOB accounting software to maintain precise financial records.
- Create and analyze financial reports using Power BI dashboards.
- Monitor and manage the accounts@froggyservices email inbox, addressing queries and processing timesheets.
- Collaborate with management to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Proven experience with MYOB accounting software.
- Familiarity with job management software (ServiceMate experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial reporting.
- Experience handling high-volume, small-scale transactions accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
