About The Role
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers already interested in our services—no cold calling required! Customers reach out to us directly, and your role is to guide them through the booking process, answer their questions, and close the sale.
We need strong closers who can convert inbound into bookings while providing outstanding customer service. If you’re a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, inbound sales environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – NO cold calling!
✔️ Convert leads into bookings by providing expert service recommendations
✔️ Confidently close sales, addressing customer questions and objections
✔️ Assist customers in selecting the best services based on their needs and location
✔️ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
✔️ Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service fulfillment
✔️ Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Strong closing skills and the ability to turn inbound inquiries into bookings
Experience in customer service and inbound sales (B2C preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English – persuasive, clear, and professional
Ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and build customer trust
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus
