  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring for a Service Associate - Finance (General Accounting).

 As a Service Associate – Finance (Accounts Receivable), we rely on you to:

  • Assist Service Leader Accounts Receivable
  • Handle all guests' billing issues and disputes
  • Prepare account billing with required supporting documentation
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments and delayed payments
  • Reconcile accounts and communicates with customers
  • Handles credit card reconciliations and other electronic payments
  • Assist SL-AR in month end closing of Accounts Receivable
  • Prepares Balance Sheet Analysis and Reconciliation to all AR accounts
  • Maintain and file document properly

We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has a passion for numbers
  • Has good organisational skills
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Preferably has experience working in a finance department of a 5* luxury international hotel
  • Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
  • Able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
