Your Role

As a Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will:

  • Responsible in monitoring team’s performance (ensuring all AR entries are correct, invoices are processed on time, collections are made for accounts due and past due and accounts payables (OTA commissions, etc.) are paid in a timely manner.
  • Monitor number of team members logged in to work on transactions as well as manage break/lunch schedules to ensure coverage..
  • Notify the National AR Manager, Area AR Manager, Financial Controller of any issues immediately as they arise and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coach agents and Senior Agents on performance (Monthly KPI) to ensure agents meet targets set.
  • Ensure that communication with customers, employees and others is honest, open and professional

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • One (3) to three (5) years of relevant Accounts Receivable and Collections experience preferably in a BPO or Financial Firm set up.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) and other call centre-specific software, Accounts Receivable Systems, and GDS experience is a plus.
  • Accounts Receivable Experience.
  • Team Management and Performance Management
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any Business, Accounting, or other financial courses.

  • Fluency in the English language.
