Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for all assigned tracks, ensuring timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements.
  • Address hiring managers’ requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Create and update job postings on the company’s website and job portals.
  • Develop and enhance sourcing channels to access new labor pools.
  • Screen applications to ensure candidates meet required credentials, skills, and experience.
  • Endorse candidates to hiring managers for review and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including interviews, employment contracts, and job offers.
  • Conduct client-specific tests and manage recruitment tools and processes.
  • Provide hiring updates and reports to stakeholders, including Operations and Human Resources.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and sourcing best practices.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and data management in recruitment systems.
  • Support additional tasks related to recruitment and professional development.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Open to fresh graduates; 1-3 years of experience in recruitment operations is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all levels

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and HR processes, particularly in the call center/BPO industry in the Philippines
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
