Your Role:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will respond to support tickets from live chat, email, and phone calls, providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
  • Process orders, exchanges, returns, and warranty claims as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update support systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the BPO Industry in a Retail or E-commerce account
  • Familiarity in using CRM and customer support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Ability to handle multiple support tickets across chat, email, and phone efficiently.
  • Ability to learn and recall product details to provide accurate support.
  • Ability to understand customer concerns by paying close attention and asking the right questions.
