Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through email and text correspondence, phone calls and scheduling
- Respond to inquiries from clients, leads, and industry professionals
- Create and design marketing materials, including flyers, mailers and social media posts
- Assist with lead generation and management, including cold calling and follow-ups
- Update and maintain client and lead databases
- Research market-specific information to support business operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, electronic filing, mass mailers, report generation
- Participate in weekly check-ins to discuss priorities and workflow optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Familiarity with Real Estate CRM systems and database management
- Familiarity with WordPress or website tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of real estate industry terminology and practices
- Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and video conferencing
- Manage and respond to emails, texts, and phone correspondence daily
- Create 4-5 marketing materials (flyers, mailers) per week
- Conduct market research and compile reports every week
- Handle 20-25 initial lead responses per week, including phone follow-ups
- Assist with updating and maintaining SOPs and workflows as the business grows
- Participate in weekly 30-60-minute check-in meetings
- Available for at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility on scheduling; must work at least 3 hrs per day Monday- Friday between 10am-6pm eastern time
