At Snapscale, we are seeking an experienced Webinar and Livecast Producer to take charge of the end-to-end production process for our interactive shows and webinars. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves delivering polished and impactful online events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Production:

Webinar/Show Setup:

  • Plan and design engaging webinar and livecast formats using tools like StreamYard, Zoom, or other streaming platforms.
  • Create and manage collateral, including slides, event graphics, video intros, outros, and promotional materials.
  • Set up StreamYard sequences for seamless transitions during live events.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Maintain and update the event calendar to ensure all events are booked and properly aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with guests to confirm availability, share event details, and ensure smooth participation.

Guest Preparation:

  • Manage pre-event communication with guests to confirm topics, review talking points, and prepare them for the live experience.
  • Assist guests with technical setup and ensure familiarity with event platforms.

Marketing Assets:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional emails, social media posts, and event landing pages.
  • Generate teaser clips and highlight reels to promote the event in advance.
  • Production:

Live Event Management:

  • Host or assist in hosting live events, ensuring smooth transitions, segment changes, and technical quality.
  • Manage live interactions such as Q&A sessions, polls, or audience engagement features.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during the live broadcast to maintain a seamless viewer experience.

Audience Engagement:

  • Monitor chat, moderate questions, and ensure active audience participation during webinars.
  • Post-Production:

Content Syndication:

  • Edit and prepare event recordings for YouTube, podcast syndication, and other distribution channels.
  • Create short clips and highlights for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Follow-Up:

  • Send thank-you emails to guests and attendees, including links to replays and related resources.
  • Ensure follow-up emails and post-event materials align with marketing objectives.

Performance Tracking:

  • Track event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement rates, and post-event views.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future webinars.

Requirements:

Experience in Webinar Production:

  • Proven experience producing webinars or live events, preferably using tools like StreamYard, Zoom, or Go High Level.
  • Knowledge of video editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Canva).

Marketing and Content Expertise:

  • Understanding of email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing workflows to maximize event visibility and registrations.
  • Ability to create visually appealing collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.

Organizational Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, keep detailed records, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

Creative and Strategic Thinking:

  • Ability to design interactive and engaging webinar formats with segments that resonate with diverse audiences.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for guest outreach, follow-ups, and audience engagement.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company during live events.
