Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS system. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst will assist in system upgrades, data management, and audits to ensure the system operates efficiently and meets the needs of the organization.

System Support and Maintenance:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS system. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst will assist in system upgrades, data management, and audits to ensure the system operates efficiently and meets the needs of the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
System Support and Maintenance:
- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the HRIS system.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with the HR Transformation and Technology team, IT and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities and patches.
- Take an active role in Release Management and the planning, communication and validation of new software upgrades and releases.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data entry, updates, and audits.
- Assist with the development and maintain data management protocols and standards.
- Perform data imports, exports, and data migration activities as required.
- Perform bulk data updates
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Assist in documenting audit findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Partner with HR Transformation and Technology and IT to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data management policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS support or a related role.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Experience in data management and reporting.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
