We are looking for an enthusiastic BD Agent (BDC) (Telemarketer/Receptionist) to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Complete outbound campaigns daily and weekly as assigned
  • Perform designed number of outbound call tasks comparable to, but possible exceeding 150 tasks per day.
  • Accept inbound calls and schedule appointments when needed
  • Complete any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor


Requirements

  • Amenable to work US Timezone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Must have their own work from home equipment and has a quiet environment.
  • Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
  • Self-motivation
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Must be able to multi-task
