Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management: Oversee and execute all aspects of HR operations in the Philippines, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations, maintaining positive employee relations and effectively handling employee concerns.
3. Team Support: Provide professional HR support to the business department, aiding them in achieving goals and enhancing employee development and organizational performance.
4. Project Implementation: Facilitate the successful rollout of corporate HR projects, aligning them with local business needs.
5. Data and Analytics: Regularly report HR metrics for the region, providing insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
6. Employee Experience and Culture: Promote employee engagement, implement company values, and ensure organizational health and sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
1. At least 8 years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment practices. Experience in multinational or large local organizations is a plus.
2. Proficient in key HR functions; have experience also in managing HR team.
3. Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate teams, drive organizational change, and foster continuous improvement.
4. Learning and Adaptability: Quick to learn and understand the company’s business and culture, providing tailored HR support aligned with business needs.
