Job Highlights

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 6pm FL Time (with 1 hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for onboarding new customers,
  • Assist with policy changes, policy applications, policy renewals, billing, and claims management
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Process customer accounts and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet annual cross-sale and customer referral goals
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Salesforce systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work while the camera is on
  • Hardworking – Applicant is devoted to his/her responsibilities and is always working to be better
  • Teachable – Applicant enjoys learning new task
  • Technology Focus – Applicant has is confident in working with technology via computers, software, phone systems, etc
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
