Job Highlights
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm FL Time (with 1 hour unpaid break)
- Responsible for onboarding new customers,
- Assist with policy changes, policy applications, policy renewals, billing, and claims management
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet annual cross-sale and customer referral goals
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to work while the camera is on
- Hardworking – Applicant is devoted to his/her responsibilities and is always working to be better

- Technology Focus – Applicant has is confident in working with technology via computers, software, phone systems, etc
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
